Founded in 2009 in Jackson, TN, by childhood best friends Sidney and Pelvis, DWMTM became a nonprofit organization in 2024, officially operating as DWMTM Inc. Born from a shared passion for songwriting and music production, our label is driven by a deep love for every step of the creative process—from the first lyric to the final mix.

Founders Sidney Gray, Pelvis Donaldson, and Rodney Gray have a strong grasp of current trends across all music genres, allowing them to stay ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving industry.

The mission of DWMTM Inc. is to provide a wide range of services to our artists (clients), including music production, artist development, and promotional support. Our artist development program focuses on enhancing stage presence, interview preparation, and public image. We also create opportunities for live performances and support radio and social media promotion to help artists share their music across radio stations and streaming platforms.

Our mission is to educate, develop, promote, and advance the careers of musicians and recording artists by breaking down financial barriers to promotion, production, and distribution.
