In this time, we have collaborated with over eight talented artist, providing opportunities and support to help elevate their musical journeys. Our motto, “Your Journey Starts Here,” reflects our commitment to nurturing emerging talent and creating spaces where creativity can thrive.
We are a fully volunteer-run organization - From the board of directors to our day-to-day team, everyone donates their time and energy to this mission. We do not receive any government funding, which means 100% of donations go directly toward the services and programs we offer.

Childhood best friends Sidney Gray, Pelvis Donaldson, and twin brother Rodney Gray are officially operating as DWMTM Inc. Born from a shared passion for songwriting and music production, our label is driven by a deep love for every step of the creative process - from the first lyric to the final mix.

Our Mission Statement:
The mission of DWMTM Inc. is to provide a wide range of services to our artist (clients), including music production, artist development, and promotional support. Our artist development program focuses on enhancing stage presence, interview preparation, and public image. We also create opportunities for live performances and support radio and social media promotion to help artist share their music across radio stations and streaming platforms.
